Research: Interface Elements

Interface Elements is the – often visual – interaction the player has within the game. There are different parts that all play key roles with the interface of a game. Some general examples the physical features of interface elements are touchscreens, and rubber keypads. The quality of a game interface holds a lot of power over how good a player enjoys the game, as a poor interface can easily ruin a player experience – regardless of how good the other aspects created for the game are.
A part of the interface elements is the information set. It is a form of strategy that the player uses to decide all possible moves within the game.
